II. Main Content of Project Construction

1、SINSO PAY#

SINSO PAY is the most basic blockchain wallet system payment tool, working as an important part of the whole SINSO BOX project.. The focus is on solving healthcare accessibility and affordability in poor areas. The most significant difference between our wallet and other blockchain ones is that we have the health insurance module.

Similar to M-pesa, we build a nationwide network relying on cooperation with small retail stores. Though with some similarities with M-pesa, SINSO PAY is distinct with many technical advantages. The following form demonstrates a comparison between the two systems:

In the above comparison, the only advantage of M-Pesa is that it supports a GSM communication network and its banking function can be realized simply through SMS. This advantage makes M-Pesa more friendly to less developed areas without 3G, while SINSO BOX needs better network conditions to operate. Taking a pilot area in South Asia as an example, only about 40% of the population has bandwidth and Internet coverage. If a country or region still lacks a 3G network, we will find investors to build a 4G or even 5G network.

Our advantage is that we can help a country or region build a health insurance system for free, which is an attractive option for poor countries or regions.

The UBI concept mentioned above refers to Universal Basic Income (UBI), and recently the most common practice of that concept is comprehensive government grants, which is also the most conventional approach used by governments to boost economic vitality during the epidemic. SINSO BOX provides small and medium-sized stores with basic income according to the UBI concept. Because we believe that small shops are quite valuable, we need to subsidize them. To be noted, the subsidy is also based on a reasonable exchange of value.

Our UBI policy is a very attractive option for small stores. That means it will be less difficult to roll out the SINSO BOX program. The UBI concept is not new, it has been used by countries and regions earlier to stimulate economies, though the extensive use of the UBI concept is usually not accurate. But based on Chia's technology, we can build a very flexible UBI stimulus campaign using SINSO BOX, and achieve something that M-Pesa can not.

2、SINSO BOX#

SINSO BOX is a manned ATM, usually in the form of a cash register in a retail store.

The cash register is not important in the future banking system. But in the SINSO BOX system, to better put the concept of UBI into use, SINSO BOX is essentially a Chia hard disk mining machine. To influence more people in the surrounding area, we are planning to install fingerprint identification equipment on this ATM. In this way, even though the nearby residents of this store do not have cell phones or computers, they can use the banking system smoothly through the ATM in the small stores, and store owners can even take out loans to solve the business problem. Based on Chia technology, in essence, the ATM is a real-time bookkeeping tool, and the device will follow the concept of environmental reuse (CDI program) to maximize cost reduction.

Thanks to the support of the Mini Computer, this device has at least 4GB of memory. When we have enough bandwidth, we can use it as a video terminal for telemedicine to maximize the value of this device's hardware.

3、SINSO BOX Medical Network#

As the built-in health insurance system of the SINSO BOX program, SINSO BOX Medical Network is a no-threshold consumer health insurance. Its biggest difference from traditional health insurance is that a store can give a portion of the rebates to the consumers to pay for their health insurance. Our goal is to transfer the cost of advertising into the health insurance system without any preconditions for anyone, as long as that person can consume.

Medical points can be directly exchanged with fiat currency. Retail stores will help consumers to buy and store points, and consumers can redeem those points for money, through a commissioned back-end exchange on the medical platform (e.g.hospitals). This business logic is actuated by smart contracts.

Once this cycle is established, we will build a healthcare value stream system outside the fiat currency, and if there is one reason for the state to support our program, it is because the general ledger is transparent.

SINSO has put this concept to test initially in 2018. Following the logic and technology of the Chia depository, we will do even better than before.

4、SINSO BOX Donors Network#

SINSO BOX Donors Network is a transparent charity donation network of SINSO BOX. Having SINSO PAY and SINSO BOX in our system, we can easily know which families are still earning less than $1 per day. From retail to insurance, and donations, we can see that the whole system is closely related and we will be able to launch targeted donations through smart contracts.

We strongly believe that such an approach could change a billion people’s fate around the world. We may only need to collect 1% of the waste in developed areas to help a poor area. The global philanthropy groups will support our donor organization for its transparency and autonomy. Besides, SINSO BOX Donors Network will provide a special blockchain browser, which can post in real-time where the "money" is being spent and what a role it is playing in the economy.

5.The General Economic Model of SINSO BOX#

  • 1) The token issued by SINSO BOX based on Chia's CAT token framework is SNX. It will be used as the token for the entire project, and S is also the incentive token for SINSO BOX.

  • 2) We will issue 100 billion SNX, and the total number is allocated in proportion to the population of each country. SNX will only be released gradually after rolling out in the pilot countries. For example, a country or region with 200 million people occupies 2/70 of the total number of tokens (assuming a total global population of 7 billion).

  • 3) You have two ways to get SNX. The first part is the rebate portion that the store pays for the consumer. For example, if the consumer buys $10 of products, the store will give him a 15% consumer rebate and promise to pay for the consumer’s health insurance, then $1.50 goes into the consumer's health insurance account. Among the $1.5, 70% goes to the locked health insurance pool and 30% goes to the individual account. The second way is from external donations, such as foreign charities donating to the current system. This part of SNX is a programmable currency donated in a targeted manner by the donors.

  • 4)When SNX is accumulated to a certain amount (which we define as the insurance parameter), then you can go to the assigned partner hospital offline, or the online Internet hospital for remote diagnosis.

  • 5) Healthcare institutions can bill and collect SNX, and consumers only need to pay 30% personally with their SNX wallet (SINSO PAY), the remaining 70% is reimbursed by the health insurance. SNX will be exchanged to the local fiat currency for the hospital by an internal trading system (Hospitals can also choose to receive digital currencies like USDC, and our internal system can be set flexibly for different digital currencies).

Subsequently, these details of the above economic model will be published in an economic model white paper.
